Blend of Leccino, Nebbio, and Gentile di Chieti olives, in accordance with the production regulations. Medium fruitiness, with herbaceous notes reminiscent of olive leaf and almond. On the palate, it is moderately bitter and pungent, with hints of grass and almond.
Excellent on salads, rice, shellfish and steamed fish, grilled white meats, and goat cheeses.
