Produced from the typical olive varieties of the province of Chieti. Light fruitiness. On the nose, vegetal and almond notes. On the palate, it is herbaceous, with hints of artichoke and an almond finish. Bitterness and pungency are light and well balanced.
Ideal for mushroom-based appetizers, dentex carpaccio, sea bass marinades, boiled potatoes, risotto with shellfish, grilled prawns, and soft fresh cheeses.
