Vinified in purity from Montepulciano grapes, obtained from the finest selections of the estate. In the glass, it appears clear and bright, with an intense ruby red colour.
On the nose, it expresses elegant aromas of dark fruit, with hints of blackcurrant and wild blackberry, followed by notes of sweet spices and a touch of liquorice; a subtle vegetal nuance emerges on the finish.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with balance and good persistence.
It pairs perfectly with red meats and aged cheeses.
Alcohol content: 13.5–14% vol.
Serving temperature: 16–18°C.
