Vinified in purity from Pecorino grapes.
Visually, it appears brilliant and crystal-clear, with a straw-yellow colour and greenish reflections. On the nose, it is intense, with notes reminiscent of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit.
On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with good structure, supported by a pleasant freshness and persistence.
It pairs well with appetizers, first courses, and fish-based dishes.
Alcohol content: 13–13.5% vol.
Serving temperature: 10–12°C.
