Vinified in purity from Falanghina grapes, carefully selected from the vineyards of our estate.
In the glass, it appears brilliant and crystal-clear, with a straw-yellow colour. On the nose, it is pleasant and expressive, with pronounced fruity notes.
On the palate, a subtle mineral character emerges, accompanied by freshness, lively acidity, and a firm, persistent finish.
It pairs beautifully with fish-based first courses, vegetarian dishes, white meats, and cheeses.
Alcohol content: 12.5–13% vol.
Serving temperature: 10–12°C.
