Native variety from the Vasto area. The oil is also produced from centuries-old olive trees. Light fruitiness, with notes of fresh grass and almond.
Excellent on vegetable appetizers, marinated meats and fish, boiled vegetables, salads, pasta or risottos, boiled fish, grilled white meats, and soft cheeses.
